Warranty Coverage:
1. 3-Month Limited Warranty (SKU starting with #SH): The majority of our second-hand purchases are eligible for a 3-month limited warranty provided by PhotoCo. This warranty offers peace of mind for your purchase.
2. 7-Day Limited Warranty (SKU starting with #CN): Some items we offer are on consignment, and they come with a 7-day limited warranty. We understand that the timeframe for assessing these items may vary due to shipping, and we aim to accommodate your needs.
Defective Equipment:
In the unfortunate event that your equipment is found to be defective, we will personally assess the issue and promptly communicate with you. If it is determined that repair is not feasible, you will have the option to receive either a replacement product of equal quality or a refund.
Shipping for Repairs:
For items covered under warranty, we will cover the shipping costs associated with repairs, ensuring you are not burdened with additional expenses.
Important Note:
Please be aware that our warranty strictly covers faults or defects in the item and does not extend to refunds due to a change of mind. We are committed to providing you with reliable second-hand products.
Antique and Vintage Items:
Given the nature of some second-hand goods, particularly those that may be up to 120 years old, warranty coverage may be limited. Please keep this in mind when considering these unique items.
